二、亚马逊卖家服务邮件支持:
1. 特别注意
- 亚马逊更建议卖家先通过开case方式寻找解决问题的渠道,如果卖家的问题都通过发送电子邮箱沟通,长期将导致邮件太多影响处理问题的进度,同时将造成该邮箱会失效或者作废。
- 亚马逊相关邮箱有可能会是通用模板回复,此时需要卖家有更多耐心,亚马逊每天会收到很多邮件,因此最好可以在邮件中一次性将要说的问题、店铺邮箱等表达清楚。
- 如果亚马逊明确表示不在回复你,通常再次发送邮件是无用的。
